RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on in-stock, non-personalized pieces purchased directly through our website. A return request must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Requests made after 72 hours are eligible for exchange only, and must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, email info@selinkent.com with the subject line "RETURN" followed by your order number. Once inspected and accepted, you'll receive a full refund to your original form of payment, minus shipping fees. Original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item arrives damaged or unsaleable.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit only. A request must be made within 72 hours of receipt.

To initiate an exchange, email info@selinkent.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE" followed by your order number. Once inspected and accepted, we'll issue store credit or proceed with your exchange. Original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item arrives damaged or unsaleable.

Please note: if the piece you'd like to exchange into is also made to order, that item is considered final sale.

Custom & Personalized Pieces

All custom and personalized pieces — including engraved items — are final sale.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale.

Pieces Purchased Through a Retailer

Items purchased through a third-party platform or retail partner must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to that retailer's return policy.
