Items that are in stock will ship within 2-3 business days from purchase, otherwise they are considered "made to order" and will require a longer lead time (2-5 weeks). Each piece has a specific lead time listed in the product description.
We offer complimentary shipping and insurance for all domestic orders (in the continental United States).
Orders under $950 will ship via Standard (2-7 business days) and those over $950 will ship via Second Day (2 business days). You will receive an email with tracking information the day that your order will ship. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for tracking to be updated.
All domestic orders will require a signature for delivery.
If you are located outside the United States, your order will be shipped via DHL for a flat rate of $50. The customer is responsible for incurring any customs/duties fees. This cost is determined by each country and we have no control over these fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your jewelry! We offer store credit for made to order items, and are able to accept a return for a full refund minus shipping costs for pieces that are "in stock". Discounted items (during our annual holiday sale) are eligible for exchange of online store credit. These items need to be returned in unworn condition with the original packaging within 5 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that we are a small operation ~ we ask that you are mindful before placing an order.
Custom jewelry is final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
Customers have 48 hours from receiving their order to report missing or damaged items. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get started on returning an item.
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the state of New York. If you are located outside the state of New York you are not liable for sales tax.
SELIN KENT takes great care to create beautiful and lasting jewelry that you can wear every day. Please keep in mind that jewelry that is made of precious metals and delicate stones that is worn daily may still need repairs. A little TLC goes a long way, please see our Care Instructions on how to properly care for your jewelry.
We offer free repairs on items up to one year from the time of receipt as long as damage is not incurred by the wearer. Please note that this applies to any pieces purchased through www.selinkent.com. Jewelry purchased through other stockists or third parties needs to go through them.
All international orders are also under the one year warranty, however, shipping will be at the customer's expense.
This warranty does not cover product loss or theft. If the piece is repaired or resized by a third party, the warranty is voided.
After the first year, items will be repaired for a fee. We can provide you for a quote for repair after assessing the damage.
